Silver decisions about health, self talk, love and what is next. I tear up as I leave “young boutique shops behind (Altered State, Dry Goods, Franchico’s) and move in to “middle shops” (Chico’s, Spanx, Ann Taylor) as my body has shifted. Try to take the focus off outside – menopause weight gain and wrinkles at the top of my knees (WHAT!) and start the hard work and new adventure of really focusing on the Inside – mediation, better eating (power foods) and living outloud!
