I am 46 and just had a RTHR. I came across your story and I felt like I was reading my own. 1st born girl, large baby but grew to a healthy, active woman. Living in Montana with my husband and children, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, yoga, pilates….and so much more. One day I had a herniated disc and sciatica, and then when it healed there was still pain in my hip and glutes and by the end of the year, I couldn’t walk, without assistance. For a year, no one could figure out my pain. Not the Dr, the Chiropractor or the PT. I was finally sent to a specialist and an xray confirmed her diagnosis of hip dysplasia with end stage osteoarthritis. I never knew. I honestly thought she had the wrong patient scans. I am 4 weeks post-op and your story is such an encouragement. I hope to get back to my active lifestyle and do all the things I love, with my family.

anyone reading this do not buy Monos! they sent me a replacement handle which made no difference and just wasted my time. i’m seeing comments saying don’t overpack. what a joke! never heard a suitcase with a rule like that. so the lifetime warranty is just BS. My wife’s Away is holding well after dozens of business trips.
